The Ameln holding company has roots back to 1993 when Carl August Ameln started one of the first companies in Europe focusing on self-storage.
The company grew into one of the leading storage companies in Europe with properties in six countries before being acquired by a major Nordic property group.

Our current holdings are divided into self-storage, warehousing & logistics and sharing economy companies in Scandinavia, France, Spain, Ireland & England.

In addition, the company has a substantial portfolio of properties in Scandinavia, England, France and Bahamas.
One of the main assets is our majority interest in First Risk Capital, a successful investor in several countries in Europe.
